Edward Speicht leads RPMT’s in-house maintenance team. He is a licensed general contractor with over 17 years of experiences in the maintenance and construction industry. With Edward and our team of skilled maintenance staff, RPTM handles turnovers of properties quicker, manages quality of work provided, and controls length of time work is completed. As a result, RPMT boasts an average seven day turnover between tenants!
Edward’s goal is to keep the customer happy and takes pride in seeing the job done well. Working since 1998, Edward has extensive experience in the mechanical and industrial industry. He has managed the construction and rehabilitation of residential and commercial projects. His area of expertise include structural engineering, schematics, landscaping, and electrical.
Prior to joining the RPMT team, Edward was the maintenance supervisor and project manager for companies such as US Residential Property Management, Bonaventure Property Management and Griffin Global Enterprises. He has been recognized for his contributions and hard work receiving various employee recognition awards. He has a Class B Contractors License and is CFC Certified Universal.
Edward is proud to be part of Real Property Management Tidewater and believes this team is the best property management team in Tidewater.
