Brandon Reed, Chief Executive Officer and one of three RPMT’s owners, leased the 9,875 sq.ft. office building to accommodate the company’s growing property management and maintenance team. The move will bring all three divisions of Real Property Management Tidewater under one roof.

The new location allows Real Property Management to provide greater efficiency in how the company serves clients, providing much needed space for staff to work and meeting areas to assist clients and tenants on site.
