Parmele’s responsibilities include inspecting rental properties and verifying that maintenance work has been completed properly. The property inspector is the newest addition to the service team RPMT has built to insure the integrity and customer satisfaction of rental properties the company manages.
Parmele has worked in maintenance support for two years. Prior to joining RPMT, he worked in his family’s small business, CR Cleaning Service VA, with his mother. He finds the work very satisfying. “I enjoy seeing the end results of my work, and especially the satisfaction of a happy customer,’ says Parmele.
Parmele was drawn to working at Real Property Management Tidewater due to the company’s reputation in the industry, and also for the company’s dedication to its employees. Long term he hopes to achieve his Real Estate License and becoming a property manager with the company.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Parmele has one sister and two brothers. Having a family with a strong military history, Parmele actively supports and volunteers with organizations such as Wounded Warrior and the Patriot Guard.
